If you are...

  • Directly quoting another persons actual words whether oral or written
  • Using another person ideas, opinions or theory
  • Paraphrasing the words, ideas, opinions and theories of another person
  • Borrowing facts and statistics

...you must give credit for your sources as the orignal work and ideas are not your own.

Otherwise you are stealing the work of others.

And the consequences of doing so are not good.
