* Option 2: Write a letter to your supervisor detailing why you deserve a raise in a job that you have held for 2 years.

Sources needed: Job descriptions and salary trends for similar jobs from databases. 

* Scenario: My name is Ms. B. Messa. I go by Miz Messa. I am a multimillionaire, and I am looking to invest in startup businesses of Gwinnett Technical College students. I have served on the GTC Board of Directors, and I am well-versed on the quality education, and I am well acquainted with its knowledgeable instructors. I would like to give you the opportunity of obtaining loan funds, after graduation, to start a business based on the program you are pursuing at Gwinnett Tech.

Assignment: Create a funding and partnership proposal paragraph that you will submit to me for review in hopes to convince me to lend you money for your business or for us to become partners in your business. Use the Investment Proposal Template that follows to guide you on what information should be included. You will also create a promotional video(elevator pitch) that will give me a snapshot of why you want or need my investment. To be sure you are using current, research-backed information, you will also perform research and cite the sources you have used.
