• Access GALILEO
• From the GALILEO home page, select "Advanced Search"
• Scroll down and put a check mark in the box, "Health & Medicine"
• Put a check mark in the boxes "Full Text"  and "Scholarly" Journals (on the left side of the screen)
• Limit the publication date - use the slide bar, on the left side of the screen
• Enter terms into the advanced search box(es) - note the option to select and / or
• Add an additional search boxes by clicking the plus sign
