Currently enrolled GTC students can print up to 300 free pages per semester (Black &White).

The GTC Library printer/copier cannot print or make copies in color.

Tuesday - Thursday: 8:30am to 6:30pm

Adding Prints to your Print Budget

Students have a budget of 300 free prints each semester.

To check your print budget follow the instructions below:

Is there a charge to print on campus?

Yes. Each print is one cent ($0.01)

Student Print Budget

$3 is added to student's print budget at the beginning of each semester for a total of 300 prints.

One cent is deducted from a student's print budget each time a print is made.

If students are getting close to going over their print budget they will receive an email each time they try to print.

Once you receive this message you must add value to your print budget using the instructions below.

Go to the link in the email to check your print transaction history and add funds to your print budget.

If no funds are added you will continue to receive a warning email each time you attempt to print.

Check your print budget

To check your print budget:

Please Note: you must be logged in to the student dashboard for this link to work

Click the "Continue with Student M365 Login" button

Then click Extensions

Click on Budgets

From the budgets page click My Transactions to see what you have printed

On the My Transactions page you can view a record of the items you have printed.

Add Funds

To add funds to your account so you can make additional prints click Add Funds.

Follow the on screen prompts to add funds using PayPal
