They are building blocks of your life
If you want a new way of living
Just change your words and they will supply the giving
Giving you exactly what you speak
Giving you exactly what you think
Your words and thoughts are live contractions
They will bring you everything through the Law of Attraction!

How To Treat Others
You reap what you sow
Some say, what goes around
Comes around
No matter what you call it
It works the same all around town
what you say and do to others
Will come back to you one day in some shape
Form or colour.
So treat others the way you want to be treated
Treat all others with respect and love and
You'll not be defeated
You see God has given this principle to us
If obeyed, it would eliminate all the fighting and fuss.
All persons want to be love and respected
All persons desire to be free and protected
If you walk according to this divine plan
You will experience blessings in this land.

Do you think about me?
Do you remember my flaws or did you knot pay attention?
Was I at a distance or very attentative?
Do you vision my smile .... ever?
Or do you focus on the true pain hidden yet seen through?
Did U enjoy that beautiful part of me?
You took that away when U left me? .........Was it worth it? To break my heart like so many others?
Or did U not pay attention?
Caring doesn't only have to be reserved for the known or well known.
Friends to care is only human but to say that's not in UR nature as a
nurturer.... Does that mean UR not a real person?
HA.... your actions seem to prove this motion.
But there I go again, placing all the blame on him.

Rehab Meeting
I would like to thank you all as you welcome me to this meeting
As I squirmed and very nervous to be part of this seating
My name is not important nor where i reside or where I'm from
the most important part is I finally mustered the nerve to come
I have had his problem all my life
And fell off my goal thousands of times
I'm at the end and don't know what to do My confession is that, I'm addicted to food
My addiction does not incorporate a needle, weed or a pipe
and yes I would do almost anything for a Klondike
Bar that is, even if it came in a form of a Hershey
Why do I continue to add pounds to me?
Now I don't need an exorcism for goodness sake
Just hook me up with a Little Debbie snack cake
A cheese steak sandwich or homemade mac and cheese
I hear my arteries clog, causing heart disease
My gluteus maxiumus has be super sized
The material is worn in my jeans in my inner thighs
Thighs so big at one time was desired
I'm scared if they continue to rub; it will ignite and start a fire
Growing up there was nothing I couldn't do
I was flexible and agile too
But there's nothing greater as myself an an enabler
When I think of chocolate chip cookies or pies made from sweet potatoes
Now my body is starting to snap, crackle, pop and creek
Sounding like payback from engulfing rice crispy treats
Forget Jillian Michaels and her vigorous workouts
The best crunch I've ever experienced was a potato chip in my mouth
Even during showers my desires don't decease
As I wash every roll, get in every crease
The breast aren't even mine and that's an issue
Their simply enhanced with adipose tissue
But all the years I never tried to give up
Even though I'm like Oreo's, the ones that's double stuffed
I tried the Biggest loser workout and P9oX
While working out I contemplated all of their deaths
Donna Richardson and Billy Blanks that doesn't come with ease
As they make you sweat, now one, two smile and breathe
Membership card to YMCA and Power fitness
Still I have the battle of disposing all this thickness
The Atkins diet I tried to complete
Didn't get pass day two, that quack didn't want me to eat meat
I laughed at the cabbage diet which wasn't an option for me
If I was a into white women, I wuld marry Mrs. Paula Deen
For her dishes, her pies her cookies and cakes
Eat every crumb, clean my plate
Then the insanity workout debut and I thought this would work
It this fool trying to make a girl hurt?
I've tried every pill even Stackers 3
This had my heart palpating, all kind of jittery
And my Physian is giving me options that are rash
Suggesting I go through with gastric bypass
The sad thing is I'm knowledgeable in health education
But suffer from the enjoyment in mastication
Definition which means, is to chew
I know that word just messed with you
I like to masticate in the morn
I like to masticate on corn
I like to masticate in the house
I like to masticate with my spouse
I like to masticate fried chicken and apple pie
Sometimes I like to masticate with my mouth open wide
I like to masticate here and there
I like to masticate anywhere
And there would have been great anticipation
Cause Sam~I~Am and I would not have been having this conversation
And we wonder why obesity is such a big deal
When we have places like Taco Bell that serves the 4th meal
I will not glorify my addiction
While I'm trying to work on my eating affliciton
I read and comprehend all 12 steps to sobriety
I'm not catholic however there rules still pertain to me
But don't sit, look, listen and judge
and trust me I only shared this because
I'm working on me and the battle of the bulge
And know no matter what my size I am loved
But now it's time for me to part and let another have the floor you see
I just heard my stomach growl and I'm about to be hungry
To the people in the back complaining, because they have to sit through another rape poem.
You roll your eyes at listening to another"Do not touch me until I ask you to" Poem another
"Living in fear of the opposite sex" poem, another "I need a trigger warning" poem, another
"Emotionally wrecked girl standing up for what she believes in" poem...
But I suppose that if you live in a slaughter house, You eventually grow numb to the screaming.
I'm sorry you don't like looking at my scars - But as long as we still live in a broken society
I will keep screaming. I will keep writing rape poems.
My tongue will forever be mightier than any weapon forged by man
I will continue to piece myself back together with my words. I will not hide anymore
I have a story I am part of a much bigger picture. And none will ever take that away from me
Deadly Mirror of You
I was in love with your reflection.
It was my obsession.
I was blinded by your mirror.
That you dragged me nearer.
Locked me in the room of mirrors.
That's when I saw my fears.
My reflection staring me in the eye.
Willing to stab me till I die.
It came out for me
Like I was his enemy
Grabbed my by the wrist.
Dragged me into the mist.
There I saw her across from me.
Telling me it wasn't meant to be.
As she stabbed in my hear.
That's when I fell apart.
Blood Dripping off the knife.
As she ended my life.
Staring in your eyes.
As you disappear for another soul.
Just for you to control.
And destroy their life.
With the same knife.

The one I loved the most.
Kept secrets away from me.
She just used me as a host.
And she stabbed me deeply.
My bleeding pain and sorrow.
On the darken walls.
I might not make it till tomorrow.
And feel like my body falls.
In my skin full of scars.
To keep you safe and steady.
And when I look up at the shining stars.
As you killed me with your words so deadly.
You left me there to bleed.
In the darkness of my heart.
When you are the only one I need.
But you stabbed me and I fell apart.

What is the definition of success?
It can be many things?
Let's begin.
Success is the ability to breathe.

Success is the ability to chill.
Success is the ability to get serious.

Success is able to be happy.
Success is able to be angry.
Success is the ability to smile.
Success is the ability to cry.
Success is financial wealth.
Success is good health.
Success is the acceptance of others.
Success is the acceptance of yourself.
Success is ability to take on challenges.
Success is ability to complete them.
Success is the ability to change.
Success is the ability to grow.
Success is persistence.
Success is perseverance.
Success is watching your favorite team win.
Success is watching your favorite team lose.
Success is watching your favorite television show.
Success is watching latest news on the web.
Success is knowing that are you making a difference.
Success is knowing that you have conscience at night.
Success is being able to wake up.
Success is being able to live.
Furthermore, Success is the ability to fail.
In the end, success is what you want it to be.
That is the definition of success.
