Meet our tutors!

All of our tutors are experienced in several different life science courses and have a variety of study skills and strategies to success that they are ready to share!

SIERRA S.
Hello everyone! My name is Sierra and I am an aspiring Nursing student. When taking my prerequisite classes at GTC, I thoroughly enjoyed studying in the Science Tutorng Center (STC) for its quiet atmosphere, number of resources and the wonderful tutors. Now, as a tutor at the Center, I hope I can help other students excel in their academic journey. I can tutor students in A&P and Microbiology. Please don't hesitate to come and see me at the STC.

My name is Airika G. and I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing educational community. I am currently working towards a nursing degree at Gwinnett Technical College, where I have developed a deep passion for Anatomy Physiology and Microbiology. I am excited about the opportunity to help students gain a solid understanding of these fascinating subjects. I look forward to supporting and inspiring other students as they explore the wonders of science and work towards their academic and personal goals. Vy has an associate's degree in Biosciences from GTC, a B.S. in BioChem from KSU, and will be starting an M.S. in Medical Laboratory Sciences at PCOM next Fall. She will be helping students with Chemistry.

As an enthusiast of knowledge and pedagogy, I've been a lifetime academic. I have been tutoring at the STC for 5 years now, and it's genuinely been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I received my degrees in Communications and Science and specialize in Biology, A&P, Microbiology, Pathophysiology, and Physics.

Malikqua has a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from City College of NY, an associate's degree in nursing from GSU, and is currently pursuing a BSN degree. She will be helping students in the areas of Biology/A&P.
