Blackboard Collaborate Ultra allows you to use your phone for audio (listening in and as a microphone). Before you get to this step, make sure you have gone through on how to Accessing Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. You will need to be in the session in order to get the number to call in then you can follow steps below: (There is also a printable Word Document at the bottom)
Step 1. Get into the Collaborate Session through your course on Blackboard or through the link your instructor has provided.
Step 2. Once in the session, you will click on the Session Menu in the top left corner
Step 3. Look for the “Use Phone for Audio” option
Step 4. Click on “Use Phone for Audio” option to get the phone number and pin to use for the session:
Step 5. Call the number and enter the pin. You should now be in the session. You should mute your phone unless you are the one talking. This will eliminate background noise.
